"Quiet, friendly neighborhood"
Though there are trees planted along the street and most homes have flowers in the front yard, this extra-wide residential street seems always dusty and lacking in foliage. The houses are either single-family or duplexes and most are fairly pretty, though the area is more expensive than one would expect. At the north end of the street, a couple of neighborhood pubs and coffee shops serve the residents, offering more to the lack of community feeling than residential gathering spots. Neighbors are generally nice, and the area would be considered safe. At the south end, there's a school with a pretty large playing field, though even that provides kind of a dirty feeling. NW Market St. runs right through it, offering a main arterial to shopping and dining.
