"Nice Place for Singles to Live"

There are a lot of nice apartment buildings around on this street. It's great for working singles to live here. Transportation is easy, with parking, and traffic isn't that bad here. The streets are also clean and organized. This part is one of the nicer and more new parts of Oakland. Within walking distance is downtown and chinatown.
