Ohio Ave, Placentia

Ohio St. is a fairly small residential street located off the 57 freeway and Orangethorpe Ave. The types of homes there are all single family and definitely seem to be older in style meaning none seem to be all that modern or distinct in their design. The over all appearance of the neighborhood could be improved if residence maintained their yards a little better or took care of the street debris found outside the homes. I’ve visited the area quite a bit since I had friends that lived close by and I also worked in this city for a few years. The residents don’t seem to change consistently since many of the families I met at the time had been living here for over 10 years. I’m not sure if it’s the affordability or the familiarity with the area that kept them there for so long but as a new potential place to move into I think I’d take my time to look around the surrounding areas before choosing a home here. No offense to anyone that resides here, I’m sure there are some good reasons to live on Ohio St., I personally am just looking for a different standard in the neighborhood I choose to settle into for the long haul.
