"Very Nice, Very Expensive"
Oak Grove Way is part of a development of houses in southern Novato. The homes are lovely and modern, but are quite small for the million-dollar price tags that exist in this neighborhood. Backyards are nonexistent and are replaced with back decks.
Neighbors are friendly, the homes are modern, and as a whole, the area feels very safe.
Given that the homes here are right off of the interstate, everything is a little smaller and cheaper than some other parts of Novato. If you are going to splurge, this probably isn't the best place for it, although you are a bit closer to San Francisco here.
