"Very busy road with great variation"
The top of Park is very different from the bottom. The top of Park takes you to Montclair and goes through Glenview - these are very nice neighborhoods. They are safe and accessible to everything. Schools are good here and the neighborhoods are very active and fun. Below Glenview, however, things get a little off. Things are dirtier, more crowded and its full of a lot of apartment buildings. I wouldn't consider this lower part of Park a safe place to walk around in the evening.
