Park Hill Ave
"Park Hill: Very clean"
Park Hill Ave is a pretty short street that intersects Buena Vista Ave and Roosevelt Way. It is no surprise that part of this street is on a hill, and a pretty steep one at that. This is probably not the best street to live on for those that travel by foot and cannot withstand a lot of physical strain. The houses here are pretty large and are pretty neat. This street is very clean, there are only a few oil stains, but they are not very noticeable. There are also many medium sized trees lining the street. What is great about this street is that it is near two parks, both of them only about a block or two away. One is Buena Vista Park and the other is Corona Heights Park. Overall, this street is pretty good.

Park Hill Ave
"Up on a steep hill"
Park Hill Avenue is a short one-block avenue. Park Hill Avenue is also on a steep hill, so for those who want to walk up Park Hill Avenue, get ready for a light, or possibly, a heavy work-out. Nearby is the Corona Heights Park and States Street Playground. There is also the Randall Junior Museum between the park and the playground. If you have time, I suggest visiting the museum, as it has a lot of fun attractions and activities. There are a few Muni bus stops nearby which include the 24 on Castro Street, the 37 on Market Street, and the F on Market Street. States Street may be noisy at times as there are children at the States Street Playground.
