"Old red brick buildings, graffiti and chain link fences."

This is a very industrial area with a lot of manufacturing plants. Plymouth Street is not a place that you want to be at night, but during the day you can just keep on driving until you get into downtown Brooklyn and have a couple of beers. Its only redeeming quality is that it is in Brooklyn and you can get where you want to be quickly.
