"Tons of bad houses, but close to many attractions"
Richmond Street is near downtown San Diego and is within walking distance of many attractions, such as Balboa Park and the San Diego zoo. The street is always so busy with car and foot traffic from the park. There are a bunch of houses that are for sale, but since I actually bought one of these, fixed it up, and resold it, there is potential to make money and live in great area while you are at it.
