Rickenbacker Cswy
"Dramatic Skyline Views"
One of the most scenic drives that can be taken in Miami, this causeway offers the best day or nighttime views of the Miami skyline; especially when driving north from Key Biscayne. The Miami Seaquarium, Crandon Park and historical Virginia Key Park are must-visit spots. Key Biscayne itself is home to many ritzy hotels, as well as luxury housing and nightlife attractions.

Rickenbacker Cswy
"A Beautiful View; Non-residential"
To start, Rickenbacker Causeway is not a place where you can find homes. It is a highway connected mainland Miami to Key Biscayne.
That being said, it is an absolutely beautiful view of downtime Miami, especially at night. Photoshoots happen here with some frequency, and it is a popular spot for couples to park and enjoy the view. During the day, there is water-skiing, swimming, and kite flying. On later points of this causeway, there is also the Miami Seaquarium, a popular tennis venue, and some stops for tourists and natives alike.
