"Relatively quiet but still near hwy; elementary and HS w/in walking distance; shopping close by."
Combination of late 70's homes with others built in 2006 plus a couple apartment complexes. A large mall and a 2007 "shopping city" complex is about 3 miles away. Lots of chain restaurants of varying price ranges and auto dealers available. Located at the mid-point between Ft Worth and Dallas (about 25 minutes drive) and of course, the home of the Texas Rangers and the Cowboys. DFW airport is about 10 miles away and the Arlington and Grand Prarie city airports are about 2 miles away. With all the retail in the area, employment opportunities are everywhere.
