"short residential street near college"

Roth Lane is a quiet, very nice street near the College of Alameda. This is a newly developed residential area so the homes are very nice if somewhat lacking in character. This is a great area for faculty of the college to live in due to the close proximity to campus. The neighborhood is quiet with little traffic, and friendly neighbors.
