Jouett Sq
"quiet dead end street"
Jouett Court is a very quiet, peaceful dead end street in a newer upscale area of Alameda. This street consists mostly of gorgeous newly built homes, mostly spanish style but diverse in color, architecture, and landscaping. This street is convenient to the College, other schools, and nearby parks. Shopping and restaurants are not far, and it is a fairly convenient commute.
Dolphin Ct
"cute neighborhood, pretty homes"
Dolphin Court is in an upscale newer residential development. The homes are very attractive with gorgeous lawns and landscaping. This street somehow seems more diverse architecturally than on other nearby streets. This is a nice quiet neighborhood, with friendly families, a good area to walk and play with your children and family.
Matson Ln
"very short court, near Willie Stargell"
Matson Lane is a very short courtyard, I would barely call it a street. It backs up to Willie Stargell Ave, which at times can have noisy traffic. The few homes on this street are nice and new, but a bit boring and identical in style. This is a nice and safe neighborhood, in a good school district and convenient to the college.
Roth Ln
"short residential street near college"
Roth Lane is a quiet, very nice street near the College of Alameda. This is a newly developed residential area so the homes are very nice if somewhat lacking in character. This is a great area for faculty of the college to live in due to the close proximity to campus. The neighborhood is quiet with little traffic, and friendly neighbors.

The quiet street features homes with well tended and landscaped lawns and nice sidewalks make for a great place to walk with the family or ride bikes. Wright Ln
"nice houses but no diversity"
Wright Lane is a short street in a nice, upscale, newer neighborhood in Alameda. It is conveniently located to the College of Alameda and quiet but close enough to major streets for easy access to dining and shopping. The houses are identical in style, earth toned/neutral stucco with tile roofs. Nice but no diversity.

Greenwald Ln
"small narrow street but nice homes"
Greenwald Lane is in a fairly upscale neighborhood in Alameda. It features nice homes and townhouses. The only complaint is there is no yard, even by Bay Area standards. I like a little room for a small garden and flower bed at least. Otherwise this is a very quiet, safe neighborhood, nice place to live.
