Sand Wedge Cir, Kennesaw

My sister lived on this street for 7 years. The townhomes are very nice, and the neighborhood is safe overall. However, it is not as peaceful as it used to be, and because so many families are packed into a small neighborhood, the street has had its share of drama. I've witnessed couples fighting in the evening, and several times my sister had to call the police because kids were climbing over their six-foot stockade fence.

Most of the neighbors are very nice and try to take good care of their property. Some units are rental units and those tend to have lots of turnover, so you never know who your neighbor will be.

Backyards of most of the homes have trees and running/gardening room. All the homes have driveways, though many do not have garages, which makes for an overabundance of cars on the street at all hours.
