Sawmill Rd
"Sawwmill Rd - Old and New"
Sawmill Rd begins at Henderson Rd and travels north through a wide variety of neighborhoods and commercial areas. It currently ends at Home Rd in Delaware Co. OSU still has some of its animal barns in the area, and you can often see horses grazing out in the fields. You are also close to Don Scott Field, so if you are looking for a place to land, this is it. Some of the retail areas along Sawmill are older, but it is always crowded especially near the Rte 161 intersection. Sometimes you can get stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic, especially on Friday afternoons. Sawwmill Rd is lined with stores, restaurants, a golf course, condomimiuns and single-family homes. There is still some vacant land available, but I don't think it will be vacant long.

"Sawmill Road: Older But Still Hanging In There"
Sawmill Road used to be THE place to shop and live and eat. It still is A place to do this, but not THE place. There are tons of shops and its really close to the Tuttle Crossing Mall. There are also some really nice apartment complexes on and around Sawmill Road with gorgeous landscaping and nice pools. With the recent addition of a remodeled Target, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods Market to the area, it has recently seen an upswing in property values and street traffic. Most who live there get to enjoy Dublin City Schools, which are some of the best in the state. I still shop there on a regular basis and do not see that this street will be dying anytime soon.
