North Beach (SF's "Little Italy") is the place for pizza.

The best pizza in South Beach , San Franisco (and really one of the few in South Beach, I think) is.....drum roll...

South Beach Pizza! (What an unusual name, huh?)

It's okay. Most people prefer Goat Hill in Potrero or North Beach Pizza, but if you don't want to go far, this is a solid choice.
