"Family Environment with a busy street"
I have visited this area many times for the past three years. Many of the neighbors have been pleasant.
Although Rose Summit Drive is a main through way for traffic it is reasonably quiet. There are kids in the area so a single family or newlyweds starting off would benifit living in this area.
Rose Summit Drive is right up against the Oquirrh Hills so there are no backyard neighbors. Many times, the backyard neighbors are deer and antelope!!
