Springlake Dr, Floresta Gardens / Bradrick

Springlake drive is a gorgeous street. The houses are so beautiful. The street is busy for being a direct residential street but it serves as a crossway and link between Washington Ave and Hesperian Blvd which are both major roads. A lot of the houses on Springlake drive have large fences that surround their front yards. If you have kids this can be a major benefit if you live on a busy road but at the same time it can be a downside because you are missing the visibility to the outside world. I guess it all depends on your matter of taste. The size of the street can be intimidating at certain parts. There are grass dividers along most of the street that allow for some sense of structure as far as lanes go. Even with those grass dividers there is still plenty of space in the street for side parking. The houses already have huge driveways! Those extra spaces for cars would be great when you have families over for the holidays.
