"Nice Neighborhood Close to Elementary School"

Carmel Way, San Leandro, California is a neighborhood that is really no different from any other neighborhood in this area. Nice maintained one story houses that looked a bit newer. Floresta Park was in the backyard of some of the houses. Also, a narrow road with cars parked along side of it,There were some two story houses but very few. There is an elementary school pretty close and places to eat were not that far away either.
