"I couldn't find a street that offered a better deal for my age group"
You can definitely call the street sweet because it is called Sweetwood Drive after all. I share a house with two other girls while we are all three attending college. We got this house at a very convenient rate. I really can't complain. The traffic level is pretty quite even on the weekends, there are hardly any stray animals and the neighbors pretty much keep to themselves. Being only a couple of roads over from the freeway works out very well too because my girlfriends and I like to enjoy our weekends. The surrounding streets are pretty much the same. They all have the same sort of quiet appeal to them.
