"nice street near parks"

Tucker Avenue is a quiet street in Alameda near the college and also close to parks. The quiet street features homes with well tended and landscaped lawns and nice sidewalks make for a great place to walk with the family or ride bikes. This is a newer residential development so the homes are very nice but with no mature trees.
