Best Turtle Bay, New York City restaurants? What do the locals think are the best in the neighborhood?

I love the original Palm which is right on 2nd Ave. It's very old timey, and, I swear whenever I'm in there both the bartender and host know almost every person that walks in. For some reason, this area is very steak housey and the only restaurants I've ever been to in the neighborhood are of that variety. But, for my money, the Palm is by far the coolest.
