"Large Lots and and Easy Access"

Country Club is somewhat of a hidden Gem in Boulder. It tends to have larger lots and very easy access to Foothills if you want to head out of town for skiing, go to Denver, etc. With the pedestrian bike path across across Foothills and easy access to Centennial Trail the neighborhood is only a bike ride away from Pearl Street for great dining. Flat Irons Health Club and East Boulder Rec Center are also very close by. The homes in this area were mostly built in the late 50's and 60's so many tend to be dated, but people are starting to come in and remodel and upgrade the area. I think it is actually somewhat of a hidden gem.
Pros
  • Large Lots
  • Easy Access
  • Quiet Streets
Cons
  • Little Inconsistent
  • Little away from the Boulder Hub

"Starting to come alive"

Lafayette began in the 1800's as an Agricultural community, but with the discovery of Coal participated in the Coal boom through the 1950's.

Over the last few years Lafayette's downtown has started to come alive with the Oatmeal and Peach Festivals. We have also seen shops taking root in downtown Lafayette.

Peak to Peak Charter School is consistently ranked one of the top 100 schools in the country.

The housing inventory is very diverse in Lafayette you have some bungalows in Old Town priced $175,000 and above and some large new homes overlooking the Indian Peaks golf course for over $1,000,000.

"A great quite area a little off the beaten track"

Arapahoe Ridge is a nice neighborhood close to Eisenhower Elementary. If you are looking to jump on hiking trails or get to Pearl Street it is one of the eastern areas of Boulder City so you have a little further to go. It is a great area if you work in Broomfield of Denver and need to get our of Boulder quick. You are by OZO's Coffee but in most cases you will need to get in a car or bike to get to dining.
Pros
  • Quiet
  • Schools
  • Rock Park
Cons
  • Little out of the main flow of Boulder
  • 70's homes
