"Great block- great for families"
great block, great neighbors, a lot of green good views, my only issues is people dumping garbage since theres no houses on the other side of the street, the occasionally car glass broken and bums and drunks loitering, which is gonna be gone soon. Ton's of parks i wish were in alittle parkin is also not the best. Id buy here again in a heart beat. I do like the ridge and 3rd block alittle better. I wish it was cleaner- awesome bike lanes and great restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Pros
- tree's
- neighbors
- parks and green
Cons
- garbage
- bums
- can be unkept

"Nice bike lane and ok views"
This is a great connection between the Waterfront Greenway, Owl's head, and the rest of Brooklyn. Nothing wrong with a nice, calm street to enjoy as you travel between the park and other parts of Brooklyn. The expressway is on your left as you head up the (slight) uphill grade. If you make a right from here, there are a bunch of reasonably priced places to eat or refuel. Overall, a pretty good little street.

"not the most impressive block but..."
this is not the most impressive block in bay ridge . it is only lined with homes on one side due to the fact that the expressway is on the other side. there are alot of attatched brick row houses here with occasional semi attached home and a fire house up the block on 3 ave. this street also serves as an exit for the belt parkway. its only one block away from owls head park, which is also one of the largest parks in the neighborhood, full of daily activities including a dog run park. ther has been a few problems with car break ins due to the desolite location. but it is still a quiet area and nice place to live.
