"Sweet place to live, if you can afford it!"
The homes on this street are absolutely adorable! They have an old world vibe and everyone maintains their homes beautiful. Well, either they do or their gardeners do, as you have to be pretty well off to live in this area. It is the perfect place to live! Even though the houses are pretty close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and the only time it is hard to find parking is when the nearby church is in session.
You are surrounded by entertainment options here. Nearby, there is Triangle Square which has a movie theater and Chronic Cantina and Yardhouse for a tasty meal or late night entertainment. Triangle Square also has Sutra Nightclub. It's actually one of the better nightclubs in the OC, but, drinks are super expensive and there is a hefty cover (even if you know someone who can get you in, guys usually have to pay the cover). If you want a dive bar, there is Goat Hill Tavern, which is usually filled with young college boys, but, if you like them and cheap beer, you're in luck! For shopping, Newport Beach's Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa are very close by.
I have nothing bad to say about this neighborhood - it really is a great place to live for everyone…if you can afford it!
