"People talk to each other"

Wellington Rode between Jefferson and rodeo the street is nice. The people talk to you and that's rare in Los Angeles. It has a very nice vibe for families and general community. The street is somewhat tree lined and they still decorate for Christmas. This street is in the middle of two very congested streets, Jefferson and Rodeo. At night it is very quiet and you feel safe.
