"Fun street for college students and young crowd"
The Bucktown section of Armitage is great for college students to people in their early 30s. There are shops and cafe's, as well as bars and pubs for those who like to enjoy the nightlife.
There are a lot of great places, although not all right in a row, so it's a good idea to take a bike so you don't get bored walking around.
