West Bonanza Rd
"Bonanza Road a description"
SR 579 was originally a part of State Route 5 as it passed through Las Vegas. When US 95 was extended south into Nevada in 1940, the route replaced SR 5 through Las Vegas, including the section along Bonanza Road.
As the Las Vegas Expressway was completed in northwestern Las Vegas in the 1970s, the US 95 designation was relocated from Bonanza Road and Rancho Drive to the new facility. The state highway was redesignated SR 579 around this time, in conjunction with a statewide route renumbering that occurred beginning in 1976.
Citizens Area Transit Route 215 functions on this road.

"High end casinos and hotels"
W bonanza road is also designated as a state route. It is an important street in Las Vegas. It starts its route from Rancho drive and runs closely parallel to the Las Vegas expressway. Some of the landmarks which undoubtedly are sure to catch your attention are Luxsor and Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. Moulin Rouge hotels and Casino also are a part of the glamorous city street. The street is filled with fun and food. Food, in the sense, there are many restaurants, from high end to the reasonable local kind. Pizzas and burgers is the the youth over here prefer. Grocery and other necessary home stuff is readily available at stores here.
