West Charleston Blvd
"Consumerism gone wild!"
All those "you can tell your family you came for the shopping" commercials are true. There really is great shopping in Vegas, and there are a ton of high-end options. Grand Central Drive is where the Las Vegas Outlet Center is (outlet mall. high end stuff, only medium-high prices). The street's nothing to look at, so that really is the *only* reason to be there.

West Charleston Blvd
"Golf and the city"
West Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas is a pretty long street that runs east to west. On the western end it starts at the Red Rock country club and then passes the Bad Lands Golf Club. It is a large street with a lot of commercial areas, but it also provides access to a number of residential areas as well. On the western end it meets up with the road that travels out of the city to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, which is a really interesting area of desert geology.

West Charleston Blvd
"Busy Street most of the time"
This road leads on to Red Rocks Hotel and Casino, the newest addition to the casinos in the Vegas area. It also leads further out to Red Rocks, a wonderful place to get away for a day-trip. The traffic can be sort of congested at times. This is the street that most people take to get anywhere, it seems.
