West de la Guerra St, West Downtown

De la Guerra in Santa Barbara, California is a street with many important places located near it. On the side of West De la Guerra Street the Paseo Nuevo Shopping Center is located. This street is also close to the transient center. This is a very nice street with beautifully unique houses. The East side of the street is located behind the shopping center. There are many, many schools and places to eat. Also, there are a couple of bars and coffee shops along with a movie theater all within a few blocks. There was a museum that was on the West side of De la Guerra. There are also some parking garages, which are located close enough within walking distance to all of the places nearby. This is a wonderful place to live with a lot of activity and foot traffic but at night you get some homeless people that are sleeping on the side of the road so I would not recommend this street to live on if you have kids because of all of the activity.
