47th St
"Nice Quiet Nieghborhood"
47th Street in San Diego, California is a very nice, quiet neighborhood that has white picket fences. The road is pretty narrow due to the cars parked on the side and the houses are pretty close together but it is close to Colna Del Sol Park and the College Area. It is also close to the Mission Valley Freeway and San Diego State University.

West Lewis St
"Nice neighborhood road for anyone"
West Lewis Street in San Diego, California is a pretty narrow street but in a nice neighborhood. It is a pretty busy road but it would meet anyone's needs. It is close to some schools, golf courses and some parks. Part of the road looks almost like an alleyway and there is plenty of parking which of course makes the road pretty narrow, but all in all this street is in a nice neighborhood. There were even some apartment buildings.

Florida Dr
"Beautiful Scenic Drive Road"
Florida Drive in San Diego, California is a nice quit drive on a main road that is close to the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. Even though there are no houses on this street it does lead into a wonderful neighborhood. Basically this road is just a main road that takes you through a little scenic area and brings you to one of the main parts of San Diego.
West Spruce St
"Beautiful Road with Beautiful Trees"
West Spruce Street in San Diego, California is in a nice neighborhood and the first thing that caught my eye was the scenery. The houses are really nice and the trees are beautiful. It is also close to some main roads like Reynard Way and the Sand Diego Freeway, but it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the business district and is in a pretty quit area.

Midway Ave
"Commercial Area"
Although Midway Ave. in San Diego, California does not have any houses on it and is stricty a commercial area, there are plenty of things to do on and near this road. The San Diego Freeway, the Marine Corps Recruiting center, the San Diego International Airport, the San Diego Naval Training Center, the Midway District, Beeson Field, Harbor Island Dr. Park, and the water is all on or nearby Midway Avenue. This is a great place to visit and has plenty of things to do.
McIntire Dr
"Downtown Business District"
McIntire Drive in San Diego, California runs along the Naval Medical Center and The San Diego Regional Medical Center. When I went down this road while visiting in California it was a very boring road with nothing but parking lots and business, but there were no shopping businesses or places to eat and definitely no places to live.
Olive St
"Nice Downtown Business District"
Olive Street in San Diego, California is in the business area of San Diego and it is very close to the beautiful San Diego Zoo. It's too bad there are no houses at all on this street to live on because its' location is wonderful. This street is also very close to the Cabrillo freeway and the San Diego Freeway.
Goldfinch St
"Great Street to live on"
This street is in a nice quiet neighborhood that has beautiful houses on it. It is close to a hospital, the freeway, and a park. Also, on the other side of the freeway there is a golf course. There is so much to do around this neighborhood. The University of San Diego is close by and an amazing place for the family to enjoy is Mission Bay Park, which is also close by. On this road the houses are all unique and the lawns are all well maintained. This is a perfect place for anyone to live, but especially couples and families with kids.

Northwest 21st Ave
"Business District and nice neighborhoods"
North West 21st Terrace in Miami, Florida is mostly a business district. It is close to Allapattah Cornstock park and it is also pretty close to Miami River Rapids Mini Park which is a nice place to take the kids and go and relax. But as far as this road looked there were not many places to live on the western most part of the street. But the Eastern most part of this road is a Rainbow Village Park and some pretty nice neighborhoods.

Lopez Dr
"Noisy Street Near Interstate"
Lopez Drive, San Leandro, California has some pretty nice houses but some people that live on this road shares a backyard with Interstate 580 which is very loud because it has so much traffic. The neighborhood is okay because there is a recreational center right behind them but thank god for that because none of the houses have backyards. I probably would not recommend anyone living on this street.
Benedict Dr
"Street Right Next to Interstate"
Montrose Drive, San Leandro, California is not a very nice place to live. The road is a dead end but the other end is right directly next to Interstate 580 which has a lot of traffic and very loud, The houses are even closer together than the other houses in this area which does not leave much room at all. There is a variety of houses and there was not much activity on the road but I don't think I could live there.

Lakeview Dr
"Very Nice Country Like Road"
Lakeview Drive in San Leandro, California is a nice neighborhood with a variety of different houses. Some houses on this street are one story and older and some are two story and newer. The houses are pretty close together but the street is very quiet and it feels as if you are in the country. I do not know why it is called Lakeview Drive because there is no Lakeview but Lake Chabot Regional Park is very , very close. I didn't see any houses for sale on this road but if there was one available I would have probably taken it. It is a wide road that does a lot of twists and turns but overall a wonderful neighborhood and place to live.

Parker St
"Very Nice Neighborhood with Very Nice Houses"
Parker Street in San Leandro, California is a street that has very nice two story houses on it. Also, it is very close to Lake Chabot and Chabot Park which are very nice and kind of gives you a taste of the country feeling. The houses are not that close together and I do not think it is a deed restricted neighborhood because the front lawns needed some work but if that's the only bad thing you can say about a street it sounds good to me. Perfect for anyone to live just depends on your taste.

Dilleta Ave
"Okay Neighborhood But Loud"
Dilleta Avenue in San Leandro, California is right behind Jefferson Playground or Toyon Park and is also nearby San Leandro Hospital. The houses are pretty close together but they all look very different. It is very noisy because it is right next to MacArthur Freeway. This road also connects Wake Ave with Lark Street. Grace St
"Nice neighborhood road"
Grace Street in San Leandro, California is a nice street with nothing but one story houses that are fairly new. They had nice front yards and were pretty close together but in this area that's normally what you see. It's very close to Halcyon Park and the Bayfair Canter Mall. I noticed a set of train tracks that were very close to this road but I never heard a train. I didn't see any schools nearby so I would consider this neighborhood to be perfect for singles and maybe even couples.

Carmel Way, San Leandro, California is a neighborhood that is really no different from any other neighborhood in this area. Nice maintained one story houses that looked a bit newer. Floresta Park was in the backyard of some of the houses. Also, a narrow road with cars parked along side of it,There were some two story houses but very few. There is an elementary school pretty close and places to eat were not that far away either.

Avon Ave
"Nice Neighborhood with Older Houses"
Avon Avenue in San Leandro, California is a street with very close one story houses that were probably built in the 50's or 60;s but they still look nice as do the lawns. They are pretty close together and the road is pretty narrow due to people parking their cars on the side of the road. The East end of this street takes you right to Washington Manor Park so there is some foot traffic and since it is so close to Interstate 880, there is some traffic noise mainly at night. South from this neighborhood you will find many places to eat, more parks, places to shop, many schools and the San Francisco Bay is not too far away.

Beacon Avenue in San Leandro, California is a nice quiet street with nothing but one story houses with nicely maintained front lawns. The houses are really close together but each one of them look unique from the outside. This is a great street for families just moving here with kids because it is minutes away from Dayton Playground, Stenzel Park and Wahington Manor Park. It is also pretty close to EIGHT different schools, from elementary to high s.hool and Christian schools. There are also plenty of places to eat just down the block and it is pretty close to San Francisco Bay so what more could you ask for?? This is the area to live,

Penitencia Creek Rd
"Wonderful quiet neighborhood close to many parks"
Rock Canyon Circle in San Jose, California is in the neighborhood of Rock Canyon and is a very, very beautiful neighborhood with almost all two story country like houses. It is minutes away from Alum Rock Park, which is nice for a scenic view and for the trails. This road does a complete circle and it is not a very wide road. But there are nice sidewalks that run the whole circle of the street. The houses are close together but they are so nice I don't think that would matter too much, the houses seem to make up for the closeness. There was no noise at all and it is right off of Penitencia Creek Road which is full of parks and recreational stuff to do.

Cortese Circle in San Jose, California is a road has only two ways in and two ways out and is an apartment complex that is fairly new. If you are just moving to San Jose and want to live in an apartment, this is the place to go. It has it's own swimming pool, garages, sidewalks through the whole complex and plenty of places to park. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood with nothing negative to say.

Golf Drive in San Jose, California runs right along the San Jose Country Club and is minutes away from Cimarron Park. It is a pretty nice middle class neighborhood that has a lot of nice one story houses. The houses are different but some of them are very close together. It's a pretty long street that runs through a couple of neighborhoods. The nicer houses are located behind the country club but for the most part the houses are very plain but the front yard makes up for it. The front lawns are kept very nice and there is not much noise at all. The road is kind of narrow when the cars are parked on it but besides that this is a very nice neighborhood to live in.

"Great Neighborhood near San Jose Coutry Club"
Greenside Drive in San Jose, California is a road that is off of Gordon Avenue and is minutes away from the San Jose Country Club. I loved the houses on this street because they were all so very different. The front yards were beautifully maintained with a different variety of set ups. Some lawns had beautiful grass and some had nicely laid stone and some had a mixture of both. The houses were far enough apart for comfort and the road was very wide. This road also had nice shade because of the very many huge trees that covered the street, It was also very quiet and I almost felt as if I was no longer in California.

Alum Rock Falls Rd
"Beautiful Scenic Drive Road"
Alum Rock Falls Road in San Jose, California was recommended to me as a pretty scenic road to travel to get relief from the hustle and bustle of the city. This road was a dirt road with nothing but huge beautiful trees in the middle of no where. It twisted and turned every which way and at some points the area would clear and then the road would switch to a paved road and there would very few houses. This was as country as you could get. We passed by a reservoir called Cherry Flat and then went through a lot more twists and turns and finally came to Alum Rock Park which was like something I have never seen before. It had many trails you could walk on and a lot of what they called boulders but, being from Florida, I called them mountains. This would be a nice road to build a house on but you have to remember you will be in the middle of no where. The road finally ended with a fork in the road. This is also a nice scenic road but make sure you have a few hours to spend.
Agua Vista Dr
"Nice neighborhood road"
Agua Vista Drive in San Jose, California is a nice neighborhood. It does have cars parked on the side of the road which I cannot stand but the road is wide enough which is uncommon in California. The front yards are nicely maintained and there is a variety of houses. Some huge two story houses next to small one story houses which you do not find too often. The houses are close together which is uncomfortable to me but at least you will know your neighbors well. This road does a square through the neighborhood and ends up right by Cataldi Park which is very nice. There is some traffic noise that comes from the Freeway and Capitol Ave. but other than that the neighborhood is nice for families.

Four Oaks Rd
"This Road runs through a couple of nice Neighborhoods"
Four Oaks Road in the center of San Jose, California is a long road that leads to many neighborhoods and is a fairly long road that runs from Shade Tree Lane, by Brooktree Park, and stops at Hounslow Drive. It runs through so many neighborhoods that there are a variety of houses from amazing two story houses to fenced in middle sized one story houses. I like how not all the houses look the same, they are not very close to each other and they have a nicely maintained yard. I would recommend any of the neighborhoods along this road to anyone. There was some traffic noise that came from Hostetter Road but other than that it was quiet with some foot activity.

Ribisi Cir
"Nice Quiet Neighborhood"
Ribisi Circle in San Jose, California is a very, very nice apartment complex road that does exactly what is says, it does a complete circle around the whole neighborhood. During the day the sun shine beautifully in this neighborhood with nice big trees that cover parts of the road for shade. At night, the neighborhood is lit up beautifully with street lamps. It is minutes away from Vinci Park and other main roads on San Jose, There is a little bit of noise that comes from Sinclair Freeway but other than that it is a nice quiet neighborhood that makes you feel secluded and almost as if your in the country. I didn't see much activity except a few people walking their dogs so I don't think that many people with kids live in this neighborhood. Also, there are garage spaces available for those who want them and they are separate from the apartments so there is not a lot of noise when the garage door opens.

Also, there is a big parking lot with plenty of parking where you can park and get out and walk around the water's edge or take a walk on the pier and take a look at all of the boats. There is a great view of Santa Barbara Harbor and this road takes you right in front of Santa Barbara Maritime Museum. This road is also directly across from La Playa Field. Castillo Street in Santa Barbara, California is a main road that runs through the town near the Highway 101. It starts out near the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital and the Sansum Clinic and runs all the way to the water. After you pass W Mission St. Castillo turns into a one way road and continues that way until it passes under highway 101. Shortly after it passes through highway 101 it hits Shoreline Dr. which is a very nice street that runs along the Santa Barbara Harbor. Also, before Castillo Street runs into Shoreline Drive it passes right in front of Perishing Park and Plaza del Mar Park which has a few baseball fields and about ten tennis courts and the park is right across the street from the water where many boats and yachts are docked. Also the Department of Motor Vehicles is located on this road. Castillo Street also passes through many very nice neighborhoods where anyone can live. There are many places to eat near this road by the water and right behind the two parks is where the Santa Barbara City College is located. De la Guerra in Santa Barbara, California is a street with many important places located near it. On the side of West De la Guerra Street the Paseo Nuevo Shopping Center is located. This street is also close to the transient center. This is a very nice street with beautifully unique houses. The East side of the street is located behind the shopping center. There are many, many schools and places to eat. Also, there are a couple of bars and coffee shops along with a movie theater all within a few blocks. There was a museum that was on the West side of De la Guerra. There are also some parking garages, which are located close enough within walking distance to all of the places nearby. This is a wonderful place to live with a lot of activity and foot traffic but at night you get some homeless people that are sleeping on the side of the road so I would not recommend this street to live on if you have kids because of all of the activity.

4th Street, in Santa Rosa, California is a very nice downtown shopping center on one end and on the other a main road next to the highway. It was the main shopping area in Railroad square and also had a park. There was a lot of foot and transportation traffic and there were a lot of parking spaces but hard to find a place to park because the road was so busy.It had a lot of antique shops and boutiques and not to mention a lot of places to eat in a large variety to choose from. Then after you pass Santa Rosa Plaza it is a long scenic road that has amazing new houses that are not close together and that have a good size yard backyard with trees. Mot places in California where I have been that is the opposite of what I have seen. Usually the houses in a neighborhood look alike and are really close together and don't really have a yard from what I have seen. This place looked like paradise with a P! There are not a lot of parking places but you get used to it. The pros of this street outweigh the cons. 4th ST. eventually turns into Sonoma Highway.

Nursery Way
"Great Residential Neighborhood for Families"
Nursery Way, in South San Francisco, California is a great neighborhood to raise a family. It is off of the major roads and very quiet. What I found interesting about this street was that it does a complete circle and there are no side roads which makes it fairly private and a good place for children to play. What I liked about this street is that it is very wide compared to other streets im the area. The houses are close together but there is plenty of room for parking. Also, there is a front and back yard for most houses and the houses themselves are different as far as the layout goes which is also uncommon in this area. This street is off of Chestnut Ave. and this road will bring you close to Orange Memorial Park, a shopping area with a supermarket, and I also noticed a bar that we stopped at and had some drinks and it was nice but I can't remember the name but the people there were very nice and sociable because they knew we didn't live in South San Francisco. They also told us of a couple of neighborhoods that put up lots of lights during the Christmas season and how beautiful it is every year and the huge amount of participation they explained, tells me that these neighborhoods are friendly and help on another.

Locust Ave
"Highly Maintained Beautiful Street"
Locust Avenue, in South San Francisco, California has very, very nice houses that are well maintained. Not one house on this street looked the same like most other houses in this area. It was quiet and in a high class neighborhood. They take care of their lawn in the back and the front and it is immaculate. This looked like the downtown part of South San Francisco. Locust is right off of Grand Ave. where all the shops and places to eat are located. If there was a house for sale on this street my [arent would have bought it in a second. All I can say is wonderful street for everyone.

Lilac Ln
"Nice Street for Kids"
Lilac Lane, in South San Francisco, California is off of Palm Ave and is a cul de sac which I prefer for kids so they have room to play. It is off of the main road of Orange Ave. where there is a lot of traffic so there is some noise but not much. I saw a lot of kids on this street. It is a very small area and does not draw much attention as far as traffic goes so I consider it to be safe. The houses have back yards and the road is fairly wide.

Chestnut Ave
"Perfect School District"
Chestnut Avenue, in South San Francisco, California to the north is very close to San Bruno Mountain. The other end of Chestnut runs into the neighborhood of Westborough which is an excellent neighborhood and school district. El Camino High School is near the area and so is Westborough middle school. So Chestnut is a great road to live on if you have children in middle or high school. There was a lot of activity on this street and I saw plenty of kids of a variety of ages.

Sister Cities Blvd
"Fairly New Quiet Neighborhood"
Pointe View Place, in South San Francisco, California is the ideal neighborhood for anyone. It is a cul de sac and has fairly new homes. The streets are wider than most streets in this area. The houses all look basically the same but they are very nice. It is a middle working class neighborhood that is off of the major roads. Also, most houses have a backyard and a front yard that is very well maintained. It was very quiet and didn't have very much activity that I could see.

Chapman Ave
"Very busy, noisy road"
Chapman Avenue, in South San Francisco, California connects Randolph Ave with Airport Blvd. This street had a variety of houses and some duplexes. The road had a lot of foot traffic and transportation traffic. Also, this street was very narrow and there were so many cars parked on the street because there was no where to park. We took this road while heading to the interstate and were surprised at how nice the houses were. It was also very noisy because at one end was a freeway and it was very close to the street.

Pecks Ln
"Quiet cul de sac"
Pecks Lane, in South San Francisco, California is a street off of a main road. About halfway down the road you will come to a fork, if you turn to the left this will be Lewis AVE and this will take you farther back into some great neighborhoods. If you stay to the right on Pecks lane you will eventually come to a cul de sac. This road was quiet and very peaceful. The houses are close together like most neighborhoods in South San Francisco. There is not much of a front yard but there are trees and if you are heading towards the cul de sac the houses on the right have a pretty good size backyard and some woods. The road is narrow but the further down the road you get the wider the road gets. Most of the houses on the street are very big two story houses and there are a variety of models.

Kaufmann Ct
"Business district San Francisco Bay"
Kaufmann Court, in South San Francisco, California is not anywhere you can live but it is a great street to travel if you are visiting and want to sight see. This area is yards away from the San Francisco Bay. Even though you have to get through a gate to enter the street we explained we just wanted to see the bay and we got through. This road is far back in the commercial area and part of the road runs right along side the Bay. We got out and took some pictures and the view was amazing. The other half of the road is where all the business's are located and there are very many. I think it was a Biotech business area.
Southcliff Ave
"Great street in a great neighborhood"
Southcliff Avenue, in South San Francisco, California is a wonderful street to live on with plenty of nice houses. At one end of this street it turns into a cul de sac which is wonderful for children. They only thing I noticed annoying in the cul de sac is how close it is to the highway which has a lot of traffic noise. But I think the pros outweigh the cons. The people were very friendly and there was a lot of activity and kids playing. There are schools nearby and if you are heading down this street in the opposite direction of the cul de sac there are basketball courts, a baseball field and other recreational activities that are in walking distance. The houses are a little close together but the road is was newly paved and wide enough to park cars on and still have enough room to get by.

Arbor Dr
"Nice neighborhood with very nice houses"
Arbor Drive, in South San Francisco, California is a nice street off of the main roadways. There are many nice two story houses and most of them have a backyard that's not too small but not large either. The road had some cars parked on it which would not be a problem if the road wasn't so narrow. There is some traffic noise because it is very close to the interstate and a main highway, but at least you would have close access to it. It is a pretty smooth road compared to most roads in this area which are very hilly. There was not much traffic on this road, but the road curves and in certain places there is a blind spot. Nice houses near schools and minutes away from shopping and recreation.

"Quiet, private and off the interstate."
Nice private road with a variety of different houses and most have at least an acre of land. Some houses are newly remodeled, some are older that need to be fixed up, some for sale, and some that are hidden and can't be seen. We do live very close to the interstate (I-75) which has pros and cons. Pros of being close to the interstate are the many gas stations, restaurants, fast food places, banks, grocery stores, a Walmart and many other places for just about whatever you need or want. The cons of living by the interstate is sometimes it does get noisy and there are a lot of semi's getting off of the interstate. The houses are far apart but there is still some noise because we are a non deed restricted, agricultural neighborhood, called Magnolia Manor and being a non deed restricted neighborhood means we must take care of our own lawn. On the weekends there is some normal noise because there are people mowing their lawn. Also, there are dogs that bark when people are walking down the road, but they don't bark at night too much and they are only doing their job to protect the streets, not that protection is needed. There are at least three cops that live in the neighborhood and I've never known of anybody's house getting broken into. There is lots of activities going on during the day on the streets, such as people walking their dogs, children riding bikes and scooters, people riding horses, and many other activities. he traffic in this neighborhood is very low in volume. The schools nearby are excellent and there are plenty of them for every grade. Overall this is a great neighborhood to live on for anyone.

Midsummer Ln
"Same old same old"
Midsummer Lane in Castro Valley, California is a dead end street. It has pretty new houses on it that are not as close together as some others I have seen. Also, the road is a lot wider than other roads is Castro Valley. The houses look the same which is not to uncommon for this area. There was no activity on this road when I visited and so it was quiet. I could hear traffic from another road but I couldn't tell where it was coming from. I remember one side of this road was nothing but trees and the other side had the houses. With that being said there might be a possibility of building more houses across from the ones already there which means loud construction noises but it could be a while until then. Nice houses, especially the ones at the end of the road.

Wicks Ln
"Nice Houses but they all look the same"
Wicks Lane in Castro Valley, California is a road that starts out as a different name and then it turns into Wicks Lane. The houses are very nice but I didn't like that they all looked the same. It is a dead end road that is nice and peaceful and not any activity going on that I saw. I did like how wide and smooth, newly painted road. It was much nicer than other roads in Castro Valley. The front lawns were kept nice and I think this was a new development because there were a couple of houses for sale and they looked brand new. This would be perfect for older couples that have plenty of money because they looked like mansions. Not as big as the ones on Edwards Lane but big enough.

Rifle Range Rd
"Nothing but Wilderness"
Rifle Range Road in Castro Valley, California is a dirt road in North Castro Valley that has no houses on it. We went through parts of it because we had an SUV and just wanted to explore and maybe buy a piece of land instead of a house. It was nothing but trees on a one lane road that I am assuming hunters use. When we came to one end it was weird, there was a porta potty. Now if that was for the hunters or they are getting ready to clear some land and build some houses I don't know. But if you love being in the country without a sole around, surrounded by woods then this is for you. I'm not even sure if the land is for sale though, I didn't see any signs. It would be a nice place to develop your own house.
Proctor Ln
"Too close for comfort"
Camino Alta Mira, in Castro Valley, California is yet another road which takes you through a well developed neighborhood. This road ends in a cul de sac but it doesn't seem like it would. It doesn't have that private feeling because the road goes on and on. The further you get down the road the nicer the houses become. I didn't like how close the houses were together. It looked like if you had your window open, and so did your neighbor, you could shake hands with each otherr while staying in your house. I did like how wide the road was compared to others. If you ever want some privacy this is not the road to live on.

Willow Glen Pl
"Upper Class Mansions"
Willow Glen Place is the road to live on if you want to experience living in upper class mansions. If I hit the lotto today this is the road where I would buy at least one house. Not only is it quiet because it is a cul de sac road but it has lots of land behind the houses. I know this because my family and I were thinking of moving to Castro Valley and we visited some homes on Willow Glen Place with our realiter. I remember the road curving to give even more privacy at the end of the road. I also noticed that these houses were a lot farther apart than most of the others. The trees were plentiful which made it feel like I was out in the country. Also, this area is just south of Cull Canyon Rec. center.

Grove Way
"Sight seeing route"
Grove Way is a main road located in Castro, California. It is where you can get on the interstate 580 or get off Interstate 580. It's kind of confusing because my family and I got lost not knowing that Crow Canyon RD. turns into Grove Way. The trees on this road were beautiful and had many more colors than I had seen in a long time. This is a great site seeing road that takes you completely around Castro Valley. I remember seeing so many It was far enough from the Interstate to block out the noise but not so far that you are driving for hours to get into town. There were many places to live including: houses, duplexes, townhouses and very well developed neighborhoods. This is the place to live the only problem is deciding where because it seemed like the road went on forever. It's not far from the lake or the parks and I also so a recreation center. This was the first road we traveled on after getting off the Interstate and I have to say it was a great ending for such a long drive. The trees were amazingly beautiful and this road gave you an overall feeling for what the Valley is like. This road also had gas stations, grocery stores, places to eat, coffee shops, a market, bus stops and a lot of foot traffic. This road was twisting and turning and covered just about all of Castro Valley and I think I remember my mom saying that it was so long it even it even went into another county.
It is a scenery route packed with nice homes and there were a pretty good amount for sale. This road is perfect for looking for a good neighborhood to live in. It shows Castro Valley's established neighborhoods and the wonderful view of the Valley. If you want to take a site seeing trip around the Valley, Grove Way is the way to go.

Circle Ave
"Great area for raising younger kids"
Circle Ave. in Castro Valley, CA is a cul de sac but there are side roads before you come to the end of the road. It has some wonderful houses and is yet another great neighborhood to raise kids. We saw I believe at least two school located not far from this road. One was a elementary school that is right around the corner and the other was a middle school that was just a couple streets over. There was no activity going on because it was later at night and everyone was inside. I also saw a couple of bus stations for public transportation. The only thing I did not like about Circle Ave. was it is a very narrow street and when cars are parked on the side of the road, you have to get into the other lane to avoid the parked cars which can sometimes be dangerous. There wasn't much grass but the little in front of their houses was mowed and very well taken care of. There was not much else around besides other great family oriented neighborhoods and schools. One of the schools was directly across Center Street, and it had a track for running and the school looked very nice.

Gregory St
"Hard to find, quiet street in an established neighborhood"
Gregory Street in Castro Valley, CA is very quiet and is kind of hard to find unless you have a map or know where you are going because it is a street that ruins parallel with Edwards Lane but you have to take another side road to get to it and you end up lost, well at least me and my family did while we were looking to buy in that area. It's not hard to find your way back out because it is two dead end streets. Well if I can remember right one of the ends was a cul de sac and the other end of the street was just a dead end. We were to busy looking at the amazing houses that I pretty sure the other end was just a dead end. This is where the middle class neighborhood ends and the more expensive houses start to emerge. Non of them were for sale of course.

Edwards Ln
"They should have called this road paridise!"
Edwards Lane in Castro Valley, CA was nothing but a great nice quiet family oriented neighborhood. It was amazing how quiet it was but yet there were still people outside doing every kind of activity you could think of. It was a street filled with side streets of some of the best houses I have seen in the area.
Just a street over ( I wish I could remember the name ) was a baseball field with a game going on so my family decided to get out and watch and get a feel of the community and the people were great. There was also a soccer field a golf course, and a basketball court, not exactly on Edwards Lane but just a street over. I was so amazed I am actually thinking about moving and raising my family there. I have never seen a neighborhood even close to that where I live. Edwards Lane also had big beautiful trees and there was a little bit of noise around the sports areas but I'm pretty sure at night that goes away. This is a great place to meet new friends and raise a family. I wish there were more streets like this in every state.

Chester St
"Peaceful Cul De Sac"
I visited Castro Valley, CA and my family and I stayed in a hotel on Castro Valley Blvd. and we got lost and happened to turn around on Chester Street. I noticed there was not as much foot traffic as there was on some of the other streets. I also noticed a lot more cars parked and a lot less trees on the side of the road. When we came to the road I figured out why; because it is a cul de sac which I love. When I live on a dead end road I seem to feel a lot safer. I couldn't believe how quiet it was too. It was peaceful.

Woodbine Ave
"Nosy Landlord Ruins a Great Place for Apartments"
Jamison Way on the outside seemed like a nice street to live on.One side of the street was commercial and the other side was residential. It is a side road that connects you to two busy roads so there was some noise. As we were sight seeing I noticed an apartment community that had places available and just to check it out I went in, boy was that a mistake. I was excited at first because I wanted to live somewhere cheap so I could save some money for school. Don't get me wrong the apartments were remodeled and looked nice. It also was gated which is a plus. When I finally got through the gate and was observing the place, I noticed there was a lot of outside activity going on like people walking their dog and walking their kids in a stroller, but I also noticed that there were many vacant apartments so I decided to get out and adventure. Everyone I spoke with told me that they were moving out because the landlord was driving them nuts. They said she was going through their garbage and will ask other neighbors to spy on each other. Besides this apartment complex everything else seemed nice and quiet. This street is more of a commercial than residential street.

Redwood Rd
"Perfect place to do just about anything"
Redwood Road is perfect for people that want to live close to their place of employment and for people that want to take advantage of the numerous luxuries this road provides. North Redwood Road is full of housing communities and schools and South Redwood Road has every kind of buisiness and luxuries you can imagine. I noticed there was a lot of noise and traffic on this street and the houses are very close to the road. Besides that there are schools, tennis courts, a movie theater, a YMCA with a swimming pool, hair salons, a library and much more. I noticed plenty of bus stops to get where you need to go because the activities on this road are spread out of comfortable walking distance. Also, I couldn't help but notice the beautiful Redwood trees directly off to the side of Redwood Road, which I'm sure contributed to it's name. Basically this road is perfect for families looking for great schools and a great place to raise their children, singles who are looking for a career, and couples that are starting a family.
