West Victoria Street in Santa Barbara, California is a cul de sac in a nice neighborhood near downtown. At the end if the street there are some nice apartment buildings and there are also a few houses on the street. There was a lot of cars parked on the side of the road but the road was not too narrow. This location is close to the downtown area and also near Bohnett Park. This would be a great place to raise a family or a nice quiet middle-classed neighborhood to live in after you retire.
