"Zarthan... like small-town streets of yester-year"
I helped our son and his family buy on Zarthan and have been so impressed with the friendly spirit of the neighborhood. They have block parties, celebrate National Night Out, have neighborhood gatherings for birthdays and holidays... it's a friendly community that watches out for each other. I have sold five homes on Zarthan and they all love it there!
