"Nice family street, near to local community college"

Arc Way is a pretty nice, wide, residential street, with mostly one story bungalow-type houses. It looks like the family-oriented type of neighborhood, populated with people walking and kids playing. Since it is so near the campus of the junior college, we would have thought it had a lot of student housing, but it is nice and quiet here.
