"What?! This is One of Three Dawn Drives in this Area!"
As a visitor to this area, I have to say that there needs to be some serious renaming of streets in this area. There are no fewer than THREE Dawn Drives in about a half-mile radius. The Dawn Drive that I've been to is a nice enough neighborhood - across from a park, so it's pretty ideal for kids - but it is really, really difficult to find if you don't have specific directions from someone who lives there.

"Centrally located, yet quiet"
One of two streets in town bearing this name, this short street near the intersection of Orangeburg Avenue and Sunrise Avenue runs along the short side of Sutter Park. Relatively secluded despite its central location, this street is composed of close to ten houses built as a small subdivision in the 1940s. The neighborhood is closely knit with many of the residents having lived on the street for years.
