"Quaint and beautiful residential neighborhood, bring the kids!"

If you have children you will wish you lived here. The neighbors are so nice and friendly. The kids are playing outside constantly. It is really the all American dream neighborhood. Well manicured lawns and all the vehicles in good shape. Close to the park and the College of Staten Island as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.

"Lovely neighborhood, well manicured yards and beautiful family sized houses."

Dawson Circle is between Victory Blvd. and Richmond Avenue. It is completely residential and perfect for families. Friendly neighbors and close to the large Willowbrook Park and College of Staten Island. The is the all American dream street. I recommend it for all ages. Dawson is close to everything you will need such as restaurants, stores and gas.
