"Wonderful Family atmosphere"

Graham Avenue is a residential street in Staten Island. Its filled with upper middle class homes and families, and is one of those areas and streets where kids play outside and everyone knows each other. Its also close to several businesses and colleges such as Sauk Valley Community College. Its also close to Victory Boulevard, which is one of the main streets in this area of Staten Island.
