"Residential mixed with some light industrial."

Right next to a good neighborhood you have the more affordable Clifton Street. It is up and coming and you will definitely improve your standing in this neighborhood over the years. It is close to the large and beautiful Willowbrook park and College of Staten Island. Within minutes of everything you could possibly need such as stores, restaurants and gas.
