Avon Ave, Washington Manor

Avon Avenue in San Leandro, California is a street with very close one story houses that were probably built in the 50's or 60;s but they still look nice as do the lawns. They are pretty close together and the road is pretty narrow due to people parking their cars on the side of the road. The East end of this street takes you right to Washington Manor Park so there is some foot traffic and since it is so close to Interstate 880, there is some traffic noise mainly at night. South from this neighborhood you will find many places to eat, more parks, places to shop, many schools and the San Francisco Bay is not too far away.
