Beacon Ave, Washington Manor

Beacon Avenue in San Leandro, California is a nice quiet street with nothing but one story houses with nicely maintained front lawns. The houses are really close together but each one of them look unique from the outside. This is a great street for families just moving here with kids because it is minutes away from Dayton Playground, Stenzel Park and Wahington Manor Park. It is also pretty close to EIGHT different schools, from elementary to high s.hool and Christian schools.
