"convenient commuter location"

Avondale Lane has a great location for those commuting from Hayward to San Mateo or San Francisco for work. However, there can be a lot of traffic from the nearby highway. This is a pretty nice and safe older neighborhood, but fairly affordable housing. It is good for families and seniors.
