"Excellent family community next to a park."

Cathy Way in Hayward, California is within walking distance of Gansberger Park and Chabot College. It is just minutes away by car from the Southland Mall and the Nimitz freeway. The homes are all 60's style single story ranchers that are well maintained. Everything that you need is at your fingertips. Great hospitals, restaurants, schools, entertainment, golf and shopping.
