"safe, ok neighborhood"

Kay Avenue is a secondary street that connects several small, quiet neighborhoods, but has some residential areas of its own. It is not as quiet and traffic free as the surrounding neighborhoods, but isn't a main thoroughfare either. This area is convenient to shopping, schools, and the freeway. It is safe but not really upscale.
