Cabrini Blvd
"West 187th Street"
As you move further uptown, the street change from being mainly Dominican to being predominately… well, somewhat yuppie? It’s still very diverse, but there is some hard to find nice housing available up here, and if you’re lucky you could land a perfect six… though you might be 160 blocks from where the magic happens!
Cabrini Blvd
"A nice, habitable street in Upper Manhattan."
Sandwiched between the two massive housing institutions of Castle Village and Hudson View Gardens, Cabrini Boulevard is a quiet, leafy street in Upper Manhattan. There is a ton of affordable housing in the area compared to downtown Manhattan, and it is well worth it to consider living in the area. One thing to take note of is the fact that Castle Village recently had problems with its supporting walls over the West Side Highway. A wall collapsed and this drastically increased the maintenance costs for tenants in the building so that renovation and repairs could begin. On the bright side, this probably won't be an issue in the future.

Cabrini Blvd
"Great and affordable estate apartments"
Cabrini Boulevard is the westernmost city of New York. As I've known it was also called the Northern Avenue. Housing is very cheap on this street. In fact Real estates with affordable apartments are readily available. One of the building area I found worth appreciating was the Housing View gardens also one of the oldest housing developments. You will not find food counters in large number but a very few that are there offer the best.
