Dyckman St
"Venture in at your own risk."
Vermilyea Avenue is far from the ideal place to settle. The buildings are run down and there isn't much in the neighborhood besides a few convenience stores. It has long been known to be a haven for marijuana dealer and thus cops spend a good amount of time patrolling the area, completely suspicious of anyone driving in or out of the area. It's only saving grace is that it's close to major transportation and highways, however it's not enough to drag me back.

"Would never go back."
Vermilyea Avenue is an area I wouldn't want to venture into again. It's a rundown area with very little going on beside a few small convenience stores and rundown buildings. It has been known to have a significant drug problem and patrol cars are very common in the area. Sirens are a pretty common sound in the area. It's generally dirty and run down.

"Not That Interesting"
Unfortunately, this street isn’t as pretty as its neighboring blocks. It also does not have much to offer in the way of prime housing. And it doesn’t have really any food options, save for a dirty bodega (convenience store) on the corner. I wasn’t really a fan, but other people might swear by this street.
