"Mostly quiet, newer neighborhood with lake."
Street is pretty quiet except for the ocassional loud car or speakers from your typical 16 year old teenager. The neighborhood is relatively new with houses in very good condition. There is no major roads nearby so no constant traffic noise.
This is Fairfield so fancy restaurants and nightlife is not to par, but this is compared to San Francisco, so every other place can be boring. Although shopping is only minutes away with the Solano Mall and Vacaville Factory Outlets.
Not too sure about the local schools. I know of an elementary school just down the block that looks like a clean and safe school near the softball park. Also I think there is Fairfield High and Armijo High schools in the district.
