"Not so perfect.."
Kidder Avenue is in the middle of Fairfield, Ca and is a connector between two major streets in the city (E. Tabor Ave and Travis BLVD). On this particular street there are a lot of crimes going on, drug deals on every corner and constant speeding on a 25mph zone. I've witnessed a raid for a drug apartment on the corner of San Marcos St, a block away, and have also witnessed the many drug transactions and even a hit-and-run collision with two vehicles. Although there are a few youngsters in this area that are making it bad, most of the people that live on this block are in their 40's-60's. These residents are extremely nice, peaceful and courteous. If you buy a house on this street, try to rent it out, especially if you have children. There are a lot of bad influences in this neighborhood and children should not be present for them.
Although there are many bad streets in Fairfield, Ca., there are a few attractions. We have a mall located just off of Interstate 80, quite a few restaurants and many parks, one has a pool and even a skate park.
