Mostly residential area. It's one of the larger residential streets but is surprisingly quiet.

The homes are mostly middle-of-the-run, average homes. People are always outside talking, walking, walking dogs, riding bikes, etc. If you live in West Dearborn you'll probably come across someone you know.

Theres not too much to do along Carlysle; there is a bar where Carlysle meets up with Telegraph and a gym across from that.
