"A mini-Michigan Ave..."
..except dirtier and not "cool".
Located just off of Michigan Ave, this street is home to a bunch of businesses that are not doing as well as the others on Michigan Ave. There are some restuarants, a craft store, ACO hardware, and some others that have held up.
The guy who owns most (if not all) of the buildings, Newman, apparently charges through the roof for rent, and a lot of business aren't able to keep up. About 25% of the commercial space on this street is up for rent.
