"Convenient student living"
I consider Wilshire Ave. a very student friendly street because it sits close to any of the Fullerton schools you might be attending, be it Fullerton High School, Fullerton Junior College or the Cal State near State College and Chapman. The positives I see in living in the neighborhoods on Wilshire are that public transportation should that be a concern for you, is very close by, along with fast food places, decent night life locations and apartments upon apartments to choose from when deciding where to stay. The pros are heavily geared towards those looking for a convenient and affordable place to live while attending school. The cons are whether you’re a student or not the parking situation in this area tends to be rather bad. When school is in session students trying to save money by skipping out on parking permits are looking for small residential streets they can park in and Wilshire seems to be a favorite. Depending on which stage of your life you’re in Wilshire can be a blessing or a nightmare neighborhood to call home. If you prefer staying away from over populated living areas and are in search for a more serene and uninhabited neighborhood, then Wilshire Ave. will not be a great match for you.
