North Associated Rd, Fullerton

The neighborhoods found in and along Associated Rd. between Bastanchury Rd. and Yorba Linda Blvd. in Fullerton are not bad neighborhoods at all, per say. If you are looking into living near here or on this street I would definitely say to be aware of the student life brewing here. The majority of times I visited these neighborhoods were for frat parties, parties in general and to visit my college friends. With that said if you are currently living the student lifestyle then Associated Rd. might be a place of interest for you since it’s close to schools and colleges, easy access to the 57 freeway and very close to places like the Brea Mall, Target, fast food chains and a number of other businesses that would benefit you. On the flip side of being a student, if you’re looking for a place to settle down and raise a family I’m not sure this area would be a good fit, unless you don’t have issues with your neighbors changing as often as the seasons do and putting up with the occasional keg party during finals. Parking is of course one of the major pitfalls in this area since living is so condensed and the cleanliness of the neighborhoods its spectacular but fairly decent for the type of going’s on that happen down Associated Rd.
